                         The man who trusts men will make fewer
                         mistakes then he who distrusts them.

                          I will speak ill of no man, and speak all
                          the good i know of everybody.

                          A manager shows his greatness by
                         the way he treats little employees.

                         A manager creates conditions for 
                         his people to achieve results.
