MANAGING EMPLOYEES

                           Use meetings and conferences for

                           cross-pollination of better ways.

                          Don't tell me how hard you work;

                          tell me how much you get done.

                          It ain't what you say,

                          it's the way that you say it that gets results.

                          Those who only do what they are told

                          are seldom told to do anything.

                         The man who trusts men will make fewer

                         mistakes then he who distrusts them.

                          I will speak ill of no man, and speak all

                          the good i know of everybody.

                          A manager shows his greatness by

                         the way he treats little employees.

                         A manager creates conditions for 

                         his people to achieve results.
